Grob G-103 Twin II Acro

This higly popular trainer is also suitable for simple aerobatics as well as cross-country flying. The Twin is considered a bit heavy on the controls, but quite gentle and easy to fly. In addition, the Twin cockpit is very spacious and comfortable.

In 1981 The Twin II won the world Out & Return record for two-seat sailplanes (1000.88 km/ 621.92 miles) flown by Tom Knauff of the U.S.

This particular aircraft is modeled after LN-GAB which is operated by Ringerikes Seilflyklubb in Norway
